TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of services offered at the website located at www.srt-fairs.com, controlled by SRT International Ltd., a limited liability company incorporated under Bulgarian law, registered with the Bulgarian Commercial Register under No. 201439810, with headquarters and seat address at ‘Mladost 2’ Residential District, bl. 219, Entr. 4, Fl. 1, Ap. 56, Sofia 1799, Bulgaria, and with effective place of business located at 8 Rusalka Str., Fl. 2, Office 2, Sofia 1504, Bulgaria (referred to as “SRT”, “the Company”, “we” or “us”).
By signing this agreement (the “Agreement”) with SRT, you, as Client, confirm you understand and acknowledge that your relationship with us will be governed by these Terms. Thus they will be legally binding and enforceable. You should carefully read and understand the Terms, and the documents referred to therewith, before signing an agreement with us. Please discuss with us anything which you do not understand.
This Agreement takes effect when you register online for the SRT organized events. You represent to us that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts. If you are entering into this Agreement for an entity, such as the company you work for, you represent to us that you have legal authority to bind that entity. You may not use the Website on behalf of a legal entity if you do not have the necessary powers or authorisation to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of such legal entity. Additional terms and conditions may apply for individual service offerings, provided by SRT through or further to the Website, as indicated in the respective service level agreements.
Without prejudice to your rights under applicable law, SRT reserves the right to amend these Terms to reflect technological advancements, legal and regulatory changes and good business practices. An updated version of these Terms will reflect those changes and we will notify you of such changes by updating the effective date at the top of these Terms. By accessing or using the Website, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms which you may view when accessing the Website. If you disagree with these Terms, or are dissatisfied with the Website, you must immediately discontinue using this Website.

Any institution, applying to participate in the international education abroad fair event as participant or co-participant. Only registered university staff is allowed to participate in our fairs.
Agents are not welcome unless they work exclusively for your institution and are previously approved by SRT in a written form.
Conditions of applying to the fair
The Participant applies for participation in the fair online at www.srt-fairs.com webpage by completing the Application form online. Therefore, to access our services, you must create an account or an event registration associated with a valid e-mail address. Unless explicitly permitted by the Terms or the relevant service level agreement, you may only create one account per email address.
When registering on the Website, you should provide accurate and true information about yourself and undertake to keep the information up-to-date at all times. It is your responsibility to update your registration details and SRT bears no responsibility as a result of your failure to comply with that obligation.
You agree to keep your password secure and confidential and not to permit others to use your account. You shall refrain from using other users’ accounts and refrain from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your account to another party.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by you, your employees or a third party (including your contractors or agents) and we are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account. You will contact us immediately if you believe an unauthorized third party may be using your account or if your account information is lost or stolen.
Rights and obligations of the Organizer
The Organizer has a right to allocate a place for the Participant in the exhibition hall and will try to comply, as far as possible, with the wishes of the Participant.
The Organizer has a right to make changes in the fair event schedule and to inform the Participant correspondingly at latest 24 hours prior to the beginning of the fair event.
The Organizer is entitled to claim compensation of losses caused by the Participant.

The Organizer is not responsible for any conditions caused by force majeure circumstances as well as any losses caused by visitors and participants of the fair.
Rights and obligations of the Participant
The Participant is responsible for the content of information placed in the fair’s guide and its correspondence to EU regulations.
The Participant has a right to use the exposition area according to the Participant’s requirements and needs, if this doesn’t contradict to the EU regulations and conditions of participation.
The Participant has a right to cancel the participation in the fair by informing the Organizer in writing by e-mail.
The Participant is obliged to compensate for losses suffered by the Organizer due to the Participant’s action and according to the invoice issued by the Organizer.
The Participant has no right to let out the exposition area fully or partly to third parties without written approval of the Organizer.
The Participant has no right to distribute advertising and promotional materials outside the exposition hall without written approval of the Organizer.
The Participant has no right to disassemble and leave the exposition area before the end of fair’s opening hours without notifying the Organizer in advance.
The Participant shall strictly follow the schedule of the fair event, which will be provided in print by the Organizer. The Participant is fully responsible and the Organizer shall not be held liable in case the Participant does not observe the schedule with regards to accommodation and transfer places and dates.
The Participant shall pay the participation fee according to the payment deadline or schedule set by the Organizer.
The Organizer has a right to cancel the participation of the Participant and all booked services if any of the payment terms and schedules are violated and / or delayed.
All payments should be made in currency stated in the invoice. If paying by bank transfer, the Participant should cover all bank charges and other related fees associated with the payment.
Included in the Fair Price:
One table (approx. 70x120 cm) for one representative;
Extra participants are subject to extra charges (40 EUR/day + accommodation/flight expenses).
Student Assistants and Advertisement;
The Participant is allowed to bring 1(one) rollup banner, tablecloth, printed materials, business cards, inquiry cards and souvenirs.
The Organizer does not offer shipping support, customs clearance or individual follow-ups; please do not send us tracking numbers.
SRT takes no liability for materials not handed to SRT staff the night before the fair.
The Organizer will provide the Participant a list of attending schools before the tour and a list of attending counsellors' contacts - after the tour.
Food & Beverage During the Fairs
Breakfast is included in the room rate and lunch will be provided by the Organizer during the fairs=
The Participant must list Special food preferences in the registration form=
Shuttles between Venues (schools, suggested hotels, airports)
Flights/coaches between cities are included only for participants has booked them with SRT.
SRT will provide complimentary bus shuttles between the official (suggested) hotels, schools and airports.
The Participant must cover excess/oversize luggage fees if applied at the airport.
Up to 90 calendar days prior the tour’s beginning: 70% of the total amount;
Up to 60 calendar days prior the tour’s beginning: 40% of the total amount;
Up to 30 calendar days prior the tour’s beginning: 20% of the total amount;
Less than 30 calendar days prior the tour’s beginning: no refund.
Limitation of Liability
SRT acts as a representative of the participants and delegates accommodation and logistic bookings to a licensed travel agency, on matters related to bookings, promotional activities, and other services described above, and is therefore not to be held liable for any material loss, injury, flights delays/ annulations or damage due to circumstances beyond our control. SRT reserves the right to make changes/ cancel the fairs due to force majeure circumstances.
SRT will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website, for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
You agree that, except for the rights vested in you pursuant to the applicable consumer protection legislation, you cannot file a claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Website or these Terms more than one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. In any case, to the extent permissible under the applicable law, our aggregate liability towards you for any damages arising out of your use of the Website or any of our Services, including registration for and attendance of any Event, shall be limited to EUR 100 (one hundred Euro).

Unless otherwise stated, SRT owns the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these Terms.
You must not republish material from this website (including republication on another website); sell, rent or sub-license material from the website; show any material from the website in public; reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on this website for a commercial purpose; edit or otherwise modify any material on the website; or redistribute material from this website except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution. Where content is specifically made available for redistribution, it may only be redistributed within your organisation.
Breaches of these Terms and Conditions
Without prejudice to SRT other rights under these Terms, if you breach these general terms in any way, SRT may take such action as the Company deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including but not limited to suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
SRT may revise these Terms from time-to-time. Revised Terms will apply to our services and to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised Terms on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
Notices we provide by posting on the Website shall become effective upon posting and notices we provide by email shall become effective when we send the email. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current. You will be deemed to have received any email sent to the email address then associated with your account when we send the email, whether or not you actually receive the email.
You agree that these Terms describe the entire Agreement between us and you with respect to its subject matter. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, you agree that the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
The failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a present or future waiver of such provision nor limit our right to enforce such provision at a later time. All waivers by us must be in writing to be effective.
These Terms and Conditions and our Agreement with you will be governed by Republic of Bulgaria law, to the extent that it is not overridden by applicable mandatory rules of your local laws, such as consumer protection laws applying to you. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to or use of the Website, or to the Services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Website, shall be adjudicated by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
HOW SRT COLLECTS PERSONAL DATA
SRT receives Personal Data directly from the Data Subject.
Personal Data may be provided to SRT by third parties as well (universities, high schools, other educational institutions, etc.)
TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED/PROCESSED AND PURPOSE
SRT collects the following categories of Personal Data in order to provide international study programs:
- Contact information including, without limitation, email address, phone number, number of ID and/or passport.
LAWFUL BASES FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA UNDER THE GDPR
SRT needs your contact details in order provide some of the Services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Website ("Services") (http://srt-fairs.com/en/page/13/services ). Where applicable, we indicate whether and why you must provide us with your Personal Data, as well as the consequences of failing to do so. If you do not provide Personal Data when requested, you may not be able to benefit from our Services if that information is necessary to provide you with the Services or if we are legally required to collect it.
We may process your personal data because it is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. In this respect, we use your personal data for the following:
- to interact with you before you are enrolled as a student, as part of the admissions process;
- once you have enrolled, to provide you with the Services;
- to deal with any concerns or feedback you may have;
- for any other purpose for which you provide us with your Personal Data.
Apart from the abovementioned grounds, most commonly Personal Data will be processed in the following circumstances:
- Where you have given us your consent;
- In order to fulfil SRT’s obligations to you as part of a contract;
- Where SRT needs to comply with a legal obligation;
- Where it is necessary for SRT’s legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests;
- To protect the vital interests of the Data Subject or of another person;
- In order to perform a task carried out in the public interest.
SHARING INFORMATION WITH OTHERS
SRT will not share your Personal Data with third parties except:
- as necessary to meet one of its lawful purposes, including but not limited to, its legitimate interest, contract compliance, pursuant to consent provided by the Data Subject, or as required by law;
- as necessary to protect SRT’s interests;
- with other service providers acting on SRT’s behalf who have agreed to protect the confidentiality of the Personal Data.
The Personal Data that SRT collects may be shared with: high schools, universities and other educational institutions as necessary to facilitate study abroad; partner institutions, as well as other parties as necessary to organize and administer study abroad programs.
RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The GDPR requires that Personal Data should be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the Personal Data are processed (except in certain specific and limited instances).
We take measures to delete your Personal Data or keep them in a form that does not permit identifying you when these Personal Data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process them, unless we are required by law to keep them for a longer period.
Subject to any other notices that we may provide to you, we may retain your personal data for a maximum period of five years after your association with us has come to an end.
INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT UNDER THE GDPR
- Request from SRT access to and rectification or erasure of Personal Data or restriction of processing concerning the Data Subject, the right to object to processing and the right to portability of Personal Data;
- Where processing is based upon consent, to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting SRT’s right to process Personal Data based upon consent before its withdrawal;
- The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority appointed by an EU member state for the purpose of receiving complaints;
- Additional notice of the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling;
- If the Personal Data is going to be further processed for a purpose other than that for which it was collected, then notice of the purpose and basis or bases for the further processing;
- If Personal Data is collected for SRT’s legitimate interests or for a task carried out in the public interest, then the Data Subject has the right to object, on the grounds of his or her particular situation, to the processing of Personal Data concerning him or her (including profiling);
- Where Personal Data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the right to object at any time to processing Personal Data concerning him or her for such marketing; and
- Not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her; provided, however, that this right does not apply if the decision is (a) necessary for entering into, or performance of, a contract between the Data Subject and SRT; or (b) is based upon the Data Subject’s consent.

Generally we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Data from children under 16 years of age, and no part of the Service is directed to children under the age of 16.
Where it is necessary to collect, maintain, or use Personal Data from children under 16 years of age, for the legitimate purpose of providing Services to such a person, we do not proceed unless consent is given or authorised by the holder of parental responsibility over the child.
If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, then you may alert us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Data from children under 16, then we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Some of the Personal Data we process about you will be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), for example where it is processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers, or where personal data is processed by one of our suppliers who is based outside the EEA or who uses storage facilities outside the EEA.
In these circumstances, your Personal Data will only be transferred on one of the following bases:
