Expanding Your Horizons

  • We aim to provide universities with a selection of quality schools and students

We organize undergraduate student recruitment fairs worldwide aimed at admission officers and international educators from the university world.

We organize undergraduate student recruitment fairs worldwide aimed at admission officers and international educators from universities across the world. Each tour is composed of a number of fairs at international high schools, normally two per day. We limit participants to 10-20 institutions for best impact. The tour groups typically are introduced to 1500-3000 students in a series of school events held at international schools.

On-site programs include panel discussions and workshops for students and parents, as well as networking opportunities with school counselors and administration. We dedicate time for university delegates to interview students, meet alumni, and make special arrangements based on their individual institutional needs.

Tours are escorted by professional coordinators who have extensive local knowledge of the host country.
Our professional planning and tour management benefits tour participants to make the most of the opportunities provided and reduces the challenges of individual international travel arrangements.

  • We bring university representatives to your school and fully adapt to your students' curriculum, specific needs and timetable.

Become a host of a university fair, attend our college counselling trainings and study abroad presentations.

Our events are completely free of charge for schools and students. SRT is not an agency, our goal is to put schools and universities together and create awareness of different study opportunities.

We work only with accredited universities and high schools with English proficiency (minimum level to access our fairs- B2).

    College Fair at your school

We prefer to organize our fairs at international high schools campuses. We usually need a wide place of at least 200 m2, where we can place stands for every university and institution, having in mind that we usually invite between 20-25 universities.

The event is organized for high school pupils, counselors, teachers and directors. Parents are welcome to attend as well. While as a host you will be our VIP visitor group, in order to attend as many schools as possible within the day of our visit, we will invite more high schools to join.

As part of our organization we offer a round trip transfer for the students from their schools to the venue and back.

  • At the SRT fairs you will meet face to face Admissions Officers of international universities

Talk in person with Admissions Officers from all over the world and choose wisely your education abroad.

SRT Student Recruitment Tours is an organization founded to serve high school students searching for international education.

We organize our fairs inside high schools or hotels where international university Admissions Officers talk to students about different study abroad opportunities.

A typical visit to an SRT university fair starts with a meeting with your college counselor at your own school. Let your advisor know the universities, which are of specific interest to you. Talk about subjects, languages, accreditations, qualifications, study duration, career opportunities, etc. Your counselor will let us know and we will do our best to bring their official representative to your city.

Close to the fair, ask your counselor for the list of participants and start working on your list of questions to ask during the fair. Let your parents know about your plan to visit the fair- they will most probably be happy to get involved.

Send us an email if you don't see your preferred institution on the list. We might be still on time to find an alumni in your city who can represent them.

When you enter the SRT fair venue, our staff will welcome you and help you find the representative(s) you have come to visit. Be brave and ask them all the questions you have in mind- there is nothing they have not heard before and not too long ago they were in your position.

Make sure you leave your correct contact details so that the university can send you information on scholarships, deadlines and next visits to your city.

After the fair you will have plenty of brochures to read. Take your time and see once again your college counselor to discuss your plans with the visited universities. Do consider visiting the campus of your favorite institution(s) before committing- this is a one time experience and you want to make the best out of it!

If there is no college counselor who can help you at school, let us know and we will offer you a private tutoring and coaching. We are there for you!
